Sometimes when I go out with a camera I find I’m just not in the mood! Perhaps other stuff is going on and I’m distracted. It doesn’t happen very often but it sometimes does. On this particular occasion I was having my wander around Poole that I do often. It felt like I had photographed everything before, I wasn’t seeing anything new, but plodded on and enjoyed the walk. I had just slipped my Olympus XA2 in my pocket, and it was only with me in case I saw something. After about an hour I was back within sight of the car and saw the left hand photo above, about 25 yards further the right hand scene. As it happens I rather like both! You may not, that’s fine! Just goes to show it’s always worth having a camera with you – you never know!
