After the wander around the Coventry Transport Museum, time was getting on and I was getting tired! I’ve learned to call it a day when that happens. With a few frames left I finished off my roll of HP5 on a couple of exposures of the Whittle Arch – named after Sir Frank Whittle, inventor of the turbojet engine, on my way back to the car park!

Earlier, at the other end of the roll, I’d made the two photo’s above of older houses in Coventry that were not flattened during the second world war.
