Slop Bog is perhaps not the most attractive or enticing title to grab a passing visitor. It is however a little local nature reserve that is protecting a small area of bog, where I have personally seen birds, deer, snakes and many varieties of insect. I enjoyed myself at the larger, and slightly further away Avon Valley country park the other day with my Hasselblad so a week later I took it out again but this time with a roll of FP4 loaded. Once back home I developed the film in FX55 – 10 mins at 20°C. No amazing photo’s, nothing miraculous just another enjoyable couple of hours out and about with a film camera and a “meditation” in the kitchen developing the film!
In other news: I’ve broken my second glass thermometer this week! I now have an electronic one from Amazon! Let’s see how I can break that! I’ve also renewed with WordPress for another year – so for those of you who visit this little corner of the web, I can confirm that I’ll be here for at least another year!
