Back at Easter I had a day trip to Bristol, it didn’t quite go to plan, I walked to Bristol Cameras, only to find them closed. Before I left I had discovered that the Cathedral was closed for the day, or rather I would be there about half an hour after it had closed having only been open for a hour! Still, on the good side, that meant I had a good look around the SS Great Britain, which I probably wouldn’t have done otherwise!

This roll I developed in D23 based Perceptol, basically left over D23 with added salt (Sodium Chloride)! It’s one of the last rolls of the Ilford FP4+ movie stock that I’ve been bulk loading. Using that developer gave me results that I liked.

I took my Canon EOS 30 with me and the 40mm STM lens. I find it a great combination when I want to work quickly, easily and without fuss. It’s especially good when I don’t wany to be faffing about with my glasses!
