Guildford: with the Pentax ME Super

Three years ago I wrote a post about Minehead, back then I was shooting the last of my Agfa Vista 200 stash from Poundland. I was also using the Pentax ME Super that three years later I’m still enjoying using! While in Guildford I had a wander around the castle and gardens. The castle was built shortly after the Norman invasion of 1066. The keep remains, and the gatehouse, that is now part of the museum, while the moat and surrounds are now gardens, and very nice and well kept they are too. I took a stroll!

I had FP4 in for this trip, I did my best but I really needed colour for the gardens! Flowers loose a lot in B/W obviously! The little time that I spent in Guildford left me wanting more. I’d be up for spending a weekend there at some point o explore further is a more relaxed mode!
