Four bottles, many uses! I’ve been having a mixing day today! Following on from my last post, one of the many useful suggestions on Pictorial Planet was a “Grain Reducer” for use with Rodinal – I have a bottle of Rodinal that I don’t much like, this might encourage me to give it another go, with some slower film, and this magic liquid. I’ve mixed some up and will give it a go – of course I’ll show my results here.
I’ve also mixed my first ever FX55. Slightly more complicated, part A being easier to mix than B, at least for me. Again I’ll do some tests and report back here in the coming weeks.

Hello! I plan on running a film through and splitting it and developing each in a different mix – to see which I like the best – I may even get around to that this weekend – we’ll see 🙂 – Cheers Andy

Similar colour ’tis true! In truth I purchased it to put in last years Christmas cake! Bizarrely it lives on my developer shelf – I’m not sure why!! As a drink I prefer a G&T or a rum, so there will be some left for the next cake. I do seem to be collecting plastic bottles though, so it may well end up with developer in it!! (Note to self – label bottle clearly!) 🙂 Cheers Andy
