To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings, Dorchester welcomed the historic vehicle parade once again. I am old enough that I remember filming the 40th anniversary events on Weymouth beach with my super 8 camera! I wondered if any of those vehicles were there too!
After using my Hasselblad for quite a bit recently I decided I’d pop a roll of FP4 in the Leica MP-4, and “go light”!

The light was awkward, either blazing hot direct sunlight or cloudy, and changed several times while I was clicking away. One or two images were off, but by and large my exposures were OK.

In the end I used about half a roll of film which I developed in D23.
