Last of the Summer Colour

A few posts back I wrote about taking my Nikon FM2n for a day out the the Purbeck Car Rally here. Now that we are well into autumn, that roll of Kodak Gold turned out to be the last of the summer colour. That’s no disaster- personally I prefer the crisper light and feel of autumn anyway! The trees in these parts are just starting to show a change! Another month hopefully we’ll have golden colours and blue crisp skies, in the meantime here are the last few cars..

Just in case you should think another set of the same image – just different cars… (don’t worry I thought it too)! Luckily there are other things to spot on days like this!

Yes there was a “Spidermen Marching Band”, above a horizontal saw powered by a tractor, that looked lethal! No gloves! I counted, he still had all his fingers so I’m guessing he knew what he was doing! The whole day was accompanied by the wonderful Wurlitzer too.

.. ohh and did I mention cars?

Chatter: Nikon FM2n with the 35mm f2, loaded with a roll of Kodak Gold 200. Processed by the lad – scanned by me!
