I have it on good authority that, at least here in the UK, the cost price of Ilford film is going to increase between 4% and 6% on December 1st. That means on certain films, the retail price may rise by as much as 10%. Obviously I can take no reasonability for passing on the bad news, all I can say is that I’ve topped up my film stash a little so as to avoid this increase for a while!
